CTO SEO Pro - Head of SEO

Summary

Join CT SEO Pro, a home service business SEO agency, as their Head of SEO. Lead and mentor a team of 5 SEOs, developing and implementing high-impact local SEO strategies. Make critical decisions based on data and results, constantly improving processes and testing new strategies to maintain a cutting edge. You will be responsible for rankings and lead generation success across the client base. This is a full-time, fully remote role with specific working hours and a competitive salary. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SEO experience in an agency setting, proven management experience, and expertise in local SEO and WordPress.

Requirements

• 5 years + experience in SEO
• Previous/ current experience in an agency setting
• Experience working with international and US-based clients
• Sound experience in Local SEO
• WordPress expertise
• Proven management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 SEOs to ensure high-impact strategies are being implemented
• Decide what works - better links, smarter structure, citations, press releases—and make it happen
• Request extra budget from clients when needed to get real results
• Shape and constantly improve our local SEO SOPs
• Keep testing and re-testing strategies to stay cutting-edge
• Be responsible for rankings and lead generation success across our client base

Preferred Qualifications

• Entity SEO knowledge
• Experience with AI tools or agents
• Background working with home service-based businesses
• Familiarity with Go High Level
• Understanding of geo-grids

Benefits

• Salary : $3,500 - $4,500 per month*
• Full-time : Fully remote
• Paid holiday shutdown from Dec 24 – Jan 2 (7 days) plus 10 paid U.S. public holidays (MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, etc.)
