Summary

The Curricular Solutions Architect will build relationships with districts, architect curricular solutions, and design scalable systems. They should have teaching experience, an M.Ed., and experience designing instructional resources. The role is open to applicants in the South Central region of the US, but candidates living in Texas are preferred. Compensation includes a base salary of $95,000 - $100,000, on-target commission of $20,000, and benefits including incentive stock options.

Requirements

• 3 + years of teaching experience
• M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction or other related field

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with districts in your territory
• Architect curricular solutions that delight districts, teachers, and students
• Champion client needs, requests and untapped opportunities
• Design and implement scalable systems that satisfy market demands by better meeting clients' needs in less time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing quality instructional resources, preferably in a cross-curricular capacity across ELA, Social Studies and Science
• Experience identifying instructional needs and building consensus on the just-right solution with multiple stakeholders

Benefits

• Base salary: $95,000 - $100,000
• On-target commission (OTC): $20,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): $115,000 - $120,000
