Summary
Join Aerospace's transformative data journey as a Data Architect establishing Customer 360, connecting Customer Master data with multiple CRM/ERP transactional data feeds. Lead a team of developers in building a robust, scalable, and business-friendly Customer 360 solution, including data models and visualizations. Translate business use cases into technical datasets from CRMs and ERPs, connecting them to the existing master data backbone. This role is crucial in shaping the foundational architecture for Customer 360 and enabling seamless augmentation of additional use cases. You will optimize the Customer 360 dataset for reporting, visualizations, and AI-based conversational agents. Lead demos and workshops with stakeholders to refine requirements and demonstrate completed visualizations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Customer Master concepts, design principles, architecture and data models
- Experience with SaaS (cloud Native) architecture and solutions. Ability to drive optimal data architecture connecting CRM, ERPs and Master Data platform
- Experience with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) modules and functionality
- Experience with MDM, CDGC, CDQ in IDMC
- Hands on experience with database technologies (relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Extensive experience building data models (conceptual, logical and physical) for data lakes and data warehouses
- Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, data integration, governance principles, and semantic consistency across heterogeneous environments
- Excellent communication skills leading workshops and demos with senior business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Understand and further refine business provided use cases for Customer 360 (example view Account Receivables for specific Customer hierarchies) and translate into transactional data sets needed from CRM (Salesforce) and ERPs (SAP and Oracle)
- Understand MDM, CDGC, CDQ in IDMC and apply these concepts while working
- Provide data modelling guidance to connect these transactional datasets with Customer Master Golden records (output from C360 MDM)
- Identify any augmentations required within IDMC C360 MDM in support of driving the larger Customer 360 integration
- Optimize the connected Customer 360 dataset for reporting visualizations and AI based conversational agent(s)
- Help reporting developers with user friendly visualizations for Customer 360 (such as Customer hierarchy, Compliance Watch listing, Contracts, Account Receivables etc. )
- Lead multiple demos and conference room pilot sessions with business stakeholders to refine requirements, finalize wire frames and demo completed visualizations
