Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce record, including entering new contacts, opportunities, and service contract requests
  • Support the addition of products and assets to Salesforce accounts and opportunities
  • Assist in developing account engagement plans using Salesforce dashboards
  • Assist with refining target marketing campaigns within Salesforce
  • Track opportunities and conduct regular pipeline audits to ensure data integrity and sales alignment
  • Participate in team and cross-functional organizational meetings
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings and preparation sessions for external customer engagements
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, and 6Sense to perform customer research and support strategic pipeline development and targeting efforts
