Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of AU Financial Services experience
  • Strong background in Customer Account Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic team of Customer Assist Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer email queries and ensure that customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally
  • Oversee the creation of new customer records and ongoing account administration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Ensure compliance with financial, taxation, and privacy legislation across all customer interactions and processes
  • Coach and mentor team members, encouraging continuous learning and skill development to enhance both individual and team performance
  • Maintain high levels of team motivation and engagement, while driving performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and team-building initiatives
  • Lead the team and ensure that it is delivering top-tier service while managing priorities efficiency
