Summary
Join CSE's team as a part-time remote Customer Experience Associate and deliver exceptional customer service! This role requires at least 15 hours per week, including specific weekday and weekend availability. You will provide support via social media, email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with the team is key to resolving complex issues. Maintain detailed documentation and stay updated on products and policies. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with personalized, accurate, timely, and empathetic support via social media, email, and live chat (no phone calls)
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty, while maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times
- Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on our products, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution rates
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Clean Simple Eats products, Challenge, mobile app, and brand
- Experience with Gorgias or comparable customer service software
- Experience with Shopify
