Summary

Job Description: Apply as a Customer Service Agent at PeopleCert, a global leader in the assessment and certification of professional skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be an asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position/function
  • Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) & Spanish (native-like or C2 level cerification desired)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers' and partners' technical, product, and finance-related queries through international calls, chat, email, and social media
  • Ensure customer inquiries are dealt with according to performance and service standards
  • Handle relevant correspondence within set KPI standards
  • Answer all queues from inbound requests (i.e., email, chat, phone, and social media) within set KPI standards
  • Train and coordinate new partners’ and customers’ on-boarding according to the standards set by international business units
  • Ensure a secure and orderly working environment during all shifts and adhere to dress code standards
  • Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams to get the job done
  • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities

Preferred Qualifications

Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage
