Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and support
- Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers
- Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements
- Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
- Attend companywide trainings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote Floral Image North America's offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
- Self- starter with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure long-term agreements
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
