Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and logs of interactions
  • Suggest improvements in processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 11
  • Direct connection to the internet via an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
