Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, specifically using Zendesk and phone support
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fintech environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be based in the EST, CST, or PST time zones
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin, blockchain, and the Lightning Network

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through email (ticketing) and phone
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features and internal policies
  • Communicate ticket trends and insights effectively to management
  • Accurately translate customer requests when coordinating with other teams
  • Act as a customer advocate, driving urgency in escalations across teams
