Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service representative role
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills with a focus on clear and effective communication
- Basic understanding of food allergies, including common allergens and their impact on individuals with dietary restrictions
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies, with a particular focus on food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify, including order processing, account management, and payment issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes related to food allergies, Shopify updates, and customer service best practices
