Summary

The job is for Customer Service/Support Representatives who speak Mandarin with decent English communication skills. Fresh graduates can apply, and no experience is required. The basic salary ranges from 3000 to 3300 MYR with a Night Shift allowance of RM 500, up to RM 600. The night shift is from 12 AM to 11 AM only.

Responsibilities

Customer Service rep will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing valuable assistance

Preferred Qualifications

Office in Penang and must be willing to work Night shift
