Customer Service Representative

Summary

Viral Style is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and live chat. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $13 with potential bonuses, and after 30 days, performance reviews for potential salary increases. Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Good with people and have strong communication skills
• Good customer service skills over the phone and in writing
• Basic computer skills required with Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs / Sheets)
• Strong problem solving ability
• Able to stay polite with people and really address their issues in a time sensitive manner

Responsibilities

• Go through emails that customers send and answer them and respond to any questions or issues they have with their order through writing
• Take about 30-45 calls a day from customers and make sure to answer any questions they may have with their order - whether it is about tracking their package or if there was an error with the package they received
• If they can’t answer customer issues, escalate issues to Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

Past phone or call center experience is a plus
