Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Good with people and have strong communication skills
- Good customer service skills over the phone and in writing
- Basic computer skills required with Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs / Sheets)
- Strong problem solving ability
- Able to stay polite with people and really address their issues in a time sensitive manner
Responsibilities
- Go through emails that customers send and answer them and respond to any questions or issues they have with their order through writing
- Take about 30-45 calls a day from customers and make sure to answer any questions they may have with their order - whether it is about tracking their package or if there was an error with the package they received
- If they canβt answer customer issues, escalate issues to Supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
Past phone or call center experience is a plus
