Requirements

• At least one year customer service/call center experience
• English proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
• Ability to remain empathetic, personable and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
• Self-motivation, detail-orientation and the ability to multitask
• Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
• Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
• Secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work
• Authorization to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
• Ensure that all questions are answered and callers are satisfied
• Ensure students are registered
