Summary

Join AireSpring as a Customer Success Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships and driving mutual growth. Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and account growth. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, cultivating strong relationships. This role focuses on account management and nurturing existing accounts, with no new business hunting involved. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify optimal solutions, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Identify potential new business opportunities within accounts
  • Manage and fulfill client requests efficiently
  • Oversee contract renewal and ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate efforts across departments to address client needs
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to discuss customer solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all client requirements are met
  • Perform general administrative tasks. Β duties as needed
  • Promote and upsell products and services effectively

Preferred Qualifications
