Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within a customer success organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter; team player
- Proficient at establishing relationships with customers and internal teams
- Able to identify and pivot customer relationships to facilitate retention and drive upsells
- Able to flourish in a high growth environment where change is constant
- Proficient in Salesforce and other cloud-based tools
- Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Training: Create tailored onboarding programs for new clients and conduct comprehensive training sessions
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively manage 35-50 customer relationships from post-launch to renewal, drive product adoption and ROI
- Retention and Growth: Retain and grow the client base by communicating regularly with customers, tracking adoption trends, and identifying opportunities for expanded services
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on marketing strategy and patient retention, conducting web-based training, delivering best practice presentations, and providing data-driven insights
