Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer success organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter; team player
  • Proficient at establishing relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Able to identify and pivot customer relationships to facilitate retention and drive upsells
  • Able to flourish in a high growth environment where change is constant
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other cloud-based tools
  • Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Training: Create tailored onboarding programs for new clients and conduct comprehensive training sessions
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proactively manage 35-50 customer relationships from post-launch to renewal, drive product adoption and ROI
  • Retention and Growth: Retain and grow the client base by communicating regularly with customers, tracking adoption trends, and identifying opportunities for expanded services
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on marketing strategy and patient retention, conducting web-based training, delivering best practice presentations, and providing data-driven insights
