Summary
Join our team as a Customer Success Manager at Cosuno and be the voice of our customers, establishing processes and structures to ensure excellent and scalable customer care. You will work closely with our Sales and Product Team to advise and strengthen relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer advice & solution development
- Offer technical advice to the customer, helping to identify and overcome obstacles in implementing our solution
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers, developing strategies to fully exploit the potential of our solution, including upselling additional products and services
- Create detailed account maps to identify potential growth areas within a customer and work closely with our Sales Team to strategically unlock these opportunities
- Take responsibility for the technical rollout of our solution at enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are incorporated into product development and customers achieve long-term success
