Requirements

  • Possess a completed vocational training program or university degree, or comparable qualification through relevant practical experience
  • Good communication and moderation skills
  • You are (almost) always in a good mood and others enjoy interacting with you
  • You work in a structured way and have the ability to develop solution approaches independently and in cooperation with various teams

Responsibilities

  • Act as the interface between our users and the development team
  • Answer questions from our users and help them wherever you can
  • Take note of our users' wishes and be obsessed with understanding and solving their challenges
  • Create instructions and small tutorials for our users to make using umsatz.io even easier
