Summary

Valispace is looking for a seasoned Customer Success Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a proactive SaaS customer success program for their product within Altium 365 platform. The role involves developing and implementing the program, managing a team, engaging with customers, educating them on systems engineering principles, aligning business objectives with success plans, conducting health checks, gathering feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding large B2B accounts (preferred: Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Automotive)
  • Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action and a track record of driving results
  • Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and uncertainty
  • Quick learner with a fervent passion for technology and innovation
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a proactive customer success program for Valispace
  • Manage a team of people to support the program
  • Proactively engage assigned customers, driving product adoption and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell
  • Educate Altium customers on systems engineering and requirements management principles and demonstrate seamless integration into the Altium 365 ecosystem
  • Lead onboarding processes, emphasizing change management and accountability
  • Conduct proactive health checks and monitor customers' product activity, intervening as necessary
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to influence product development and roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to drive customer success initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the engineering or electronic development industry
