Customer Success Strategy Intern

Summary

Join Quantum Metric's Customer Success Strategy & Operations team as a strategy intern and contribute to the timely completion of projects. You will perform data analysis on customer usage and buying patterns, prepare presentations for stakeholders, analyze customer feedback, and support report creation. Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and conduct system and document audits. This 12-week, 20-hour/week internship offers flexible work arrangements, a MacBook, awesome swag, and compensation of $20-25/hour. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, understanding of digital analytics, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program as a junior or senior, or a recent graduate.

• Perform analyses of data related to customer usage and buying patterns

• Analyze open ended customer feedback and identify key insights
• Support the creation of reports and dashboards to be utilized by the team
• Collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Perform system and document audits looking for patterns

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SalesForce CRM is a plus
