Requirements

  • Final year of business school or engineering
  • Versatile and enjoy project management, client relations, and teamwork
  • Know how to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively
  • Excellent level of French and able to lead full business conversations
  • Curious, ambitious, and drawn to startup environment
  • Enjoy tackling new challenges and understanding technical aspects to provide optimal solutions
  • Good command of Excel

Responsibilities

  • Integrate client data: assist new clients in defining data to integrate into the tool and the best method to do so
  • Understand technical and financial needs of B2B clients across various sectors
  • Master tools for proper connectivity between clients' information systems and Agicap (Excel matrices, APIs, EBICS, bank connectors, SFTP)
  • Propose solutions to clients that best meet their needs considering technical constraints
  • Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure rapid implementation of Agicap
  • Contribute to team development and process building: continuous improvement of processes and tools, create necessary documentation for knowledge transfer within the team
  • Advocate for client needs internally, convey client needs to product teams to assist in prioritizing new features
