Summary

Agicap is a fast-growing European fintech company that helps CEOs and finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies manage their cash flow. The company has raised $121 million in funding and is expanding its team to fuel product innovation and international expansion. Agicap is looking for a Customer Success Bank- and Data Integration Student to bridge the gap between sales and customer success teams by assisting with bank and data integration and contributing to product development.

Requirements

• Be available 15-20 hours per week and be currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master studies, preferably with a technical or economic background
• Have advanced Excel skills including VBA
• Be tech-savvy and have experience in data automation
• Have strong communication skills
• Speak German (C2+) and English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up foundations in Agicap tool for new business customers to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention
• Communicate regularly with the international product team and serve as first point of contact for all bank, system, and data integration issues
• Handle timely processing of technical customer inquiries
