Customer Success Werkstudent

Summary

The job is for a Customer Success Workstudent in a software company that aims to revolutionize the real estate industry by promoting positive environmental changes. The role involves working with Customer Success Managers on current projects, preparing QBRs, creating Help Center articles, and communicating product release emails. The ideal candidate is a student in a business-related field with some experience, who is independent, proactive, reliable, analytical, tech-savvy, service-oriented, fluent in German and English, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Be a student in a business-related field, ideally with a focus or interest in Tech and Real Estate
• Have experience through internships or workstudy positions
• Work independently, proactively, and reliably. Be able to handle complex tasks and evaluate and optimize processes
• Have technical affinity with software/SaaS, cloud, and proficient in Google Sheets (Excel) and Google Slides (Powerpoint)
• Be service-oriented and comfortable interacting with customers
• Speak fluent German and English

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Customer Success Managers on current customer projects
• Prepare QBRs and other customer meetings, such as by preparing KPIs and creating customer presentations
• Publish Help Center articles independently and work with the Product Team on these efforts
• Take responsibility for creating product release emails to help Customer Success Managers communicate the value of our software
• Support the Customer Success Team on project-based tasks and take charge of your own subprojects
