Summary
Join Wonolo as a Customer Support Advocate (Email/Chat) and provide exceptional support to our users via email, chat, and phone. You'll become an expert in our applications, addressing customer questions and concerns. This role requires a positive attitude, commitment, and dedication to teamwork. You'll need a quiet work environment, reliable technology, and the ability to meet a 40-hour work week commitment after a 30-day trial period. Requirements

- Render at least 40 hours of work per week once you pass the 30-day trial
- Have a quiet working environment with minimum distraction, a noise-reduction headset, a fully functioning computer/laptop, and an internet connection of at least 15 mbps with backup in case of connectivity issues
Responsibilities
- Become an expert with our applications. You will be involved in learning our product from a functional perspective and then helping our customers with their questions and addressing their problems and concerns
