Summary

Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual, fully remote environment. You will need excellent German and English (C1 level), basic Intercom knowledge, experience handling customer communication via phone calls, and a personal laptop with a stable internet connection. Requirements

  • Excellent German and English (at least C1, written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of Intercom
  • Experience in handling communication with the customers via phone calls
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Independent and proactive approach to work
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
  • Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
  • Working with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
