Customer Support Representative

The position requires high school diploma, 1 year of customer support experience, 1+ years of Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge, strong communication skills, and outbound calling experience. Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of customer support experience preferred, at least 1 year required
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in outbound calling/customer outreach
• Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive conditions

Responsibilities

• Onboard new agents into the HBW Leads Pilot Program
• Follow up on missed or incomplete calls and inquiries
• Ensure timely communication with agents regarding setup, expectations, and usage
• Track and report data related to agent participation, lead flow, and feedback
• Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of Blueprint tasks and integrations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to all agent needs

Preferred Qualifications
