Requirements

  • Have experience working in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Possess experience with streaming services and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Have basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Have technical support experience
  • Possess strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Have multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a contact center environment
  • Troubleshoot streaming service issues on various devices
  • Utilize multiple applications simultaneously
  • Diagnose and solve customer problems
  • Work with CRM applications

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience working with CRM applications
