Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in technology or cybersecurity sectors
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in workflow design and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement workflows that facilitate collaboration between the CXO strategy team and the field operations
  • Ensure that processes are efficient, streamlined, and aligned with program goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CXO program
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of engagement strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify and prioritize key accounts and targets for engagement for field marketing and digital marketing
  • Communicate updates and progress related to these accounts to internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies
  • Partner with the sales team to identify strategic accounts on a yearly and quarterly basis
  • Develop tools and processes that enable the sales organization to effectively utilize the CXO program for customer growth
  • Act as a liaison between the CXO strategy team, marketing, and sales to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned
  • Create and distribute internal communications that highlight key initiatives, progress, and opportunities within the CXO program

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of sales processes and account management strategies is a plus
