Cyber Network Engineer

Summary

Join SonicWall, a cybersecurity leader, as a Cyber Network Engineer. You will ensure the smooth operation of network-related services, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades. This role involves in-depth analysis of network products, assisting partners with implementation and maintenance, and providing timely technical support to customers. You will collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve complex issues and contribute to the development of training materials. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of SGI offered Network Security software suites
• Perform in-depth analysis and diagnosis for network products & applications
• Assist and train partners on the procedures for implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Network Security products & services
• Respond to customers experiencing technical issues via the ticketing system or phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Work closely with team members and vendor support teams to deliver solutions to complex technical issues, while also delivering high-level support to customers
• Diagnose, research, reproduce and log reported defects working with Network Security vendor’s engineering departments
• Assist in the development of training materials to empower support personnel; acts as team mentor as needed
• Document technical resolutions to increase the Network Security product & services support knowledge base as needed
• Stay up to date on the latest Network Security products and services, industry best practices, and customer needs; attend applicable training, conferences, and learn new tools as needed
