Cyber Security Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Cyber Security Engineer to work on cybersecurity projects, assessing vulnerabilities and mitigating risks to ensure the security of our business information, employee data, and client information.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and other attack artifacts
• Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions
• Proficiency with antivirus and security software
• Detect insecure features and malicious activities within our networks and infrastructure
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, standard networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth, and common security elements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity projects meet objectives across our organization
• Assess whether vulnerabilities exist and how those risks could be mitigated
• Ensure the security of our business information, employee data, and client information throughout our entire network
