Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (with IT Security focus), or a comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk analysis methodologies, and analytical skills for threat assessment
• Experience with threat modeling techniques and risk assessment frameworks
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk analyses – Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks across projects and systems, ensuring compliance with security standards
• Develop mitigation strategies – Create and oversee the implementation of risk mitigation measures to enhance security resilience
• Continuous monitoring & updates – Regularly update risk assessments and mitigation strategies to adapt to evolving threats
• Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with engineering, R&D, IT, and security teams to implement and optimize security features
• Utilize advanced tools – Conduct analyses using predefined tools such as the PSS Threat and Risk Excel Tool and other cybersecurity frameworks
• Support expansion of TRA as a service – Contribute to the long-term goal of extending TRA services to regional operations, improving cybersecurity risk management across all Grid Solutions
