Summary

Join our team to provide technical support for NATO's Cyberspace CPP 9A3201 projects, focusing on the development of Invitation for Bids (IFB) packages for Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and obsolete equipment refresh. You will work remotely, with occasional on-site visits to NATO locations. The role requires a NATO SECRET security clearance and involves developing performance work statements, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing IFB materials. The contract runs from April 1st, 2025, to July 31st, 2025, with deliverables and payment milestones clearly defined. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, cybersecurity certifications, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Possess a NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Have a Cyber Security and Cyberspace Background related to the protection of military networks and securing operations and missions
  • Possess CISSP experience and certification
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
  • Be familiar with the CFCDGM governance model and capability development lifecycle
  • Be familiar with the range of NATO Stakeholders
  • Have practical working experience within the Cyber domain (2-4 years in Cybersecurity)
  • Be familiar with Defence / NATO Procurement processes
  • Be familiar with high-quality public-facing Documentation Production
  • Have experience working with classified material

Responsibilities

  • Mature Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) project building blocks into a coherent Performance Work Statement
  • Participate in workshops and collaborative sessions to connect the Performance Work Statement with other artefacts
  • Prepare IFB materials for the Refresh and Maintain Obsolete Equipment (OBSO) project
  • Update the list of obsolete cybersecurity devices for replacement
  • Draft a bill of materials (BoM) with associated price estimation and prioritization of devices
  • Produce a matrix of interfaces and interdependencies with other NATO and National projects and systems
  • Collaborate with the NCSC Cyber Security Services Framework (CSSF) team to produce a draft Task Order (TO)
  • Prepare draft technical specifications supporting the IFB
  • Liaison with project stakeholders to gather information
  • Participate in weekly project stand-up meetings and other meetings as required
  • Provide contributions to meetings and reports requested by the NCSC Project Manager(s) and/or Project Technical Coordinator
  • Attend NATO locations when required
  • Provide a report summarizing activities at the point of deliverable acceptance
  • Fully document all work and make it available via the project portal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have prior knowledge of NATO IFB related work
  • Have experience working with NATO and awareness of the NATO Command Structure
  • Have experience working with NATO Communications and Information Agency
  • Have experience and familiarity with NATO networks and cybersecurity
  • Have experience working with national Defence or Government entities
