Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- 7+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience
- 8+ years of managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale D365 F&O projects from initiation to completion
- Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead the end-to-end project management of D365 F&O implementations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate regular project meetings
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all parties involved
- Support and manage project teams, project scope, project schedules, project risks/issues, and expectations
- Build relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for HSO to help our clients with additional projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
