Summary
Join MCA Connect as a Dynamics 365 ERP Modern Platform Management Consultant and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 ERP application, focusing primarily on Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will also participate in improving operational metrics and developing business cases. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience and a proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 ERP implementations. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience
- Minimum of 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment)
- Minimum 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience
- Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification within first 90 days of employment
- Strong industry experience within Supply Chain or Materials Management
- Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- English: Fluent
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction
- Monitor and triage new support cases
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver high quality solutions
- Effectively communicate to customers, partners, team members, and management
- Support team members
- Develop whitepapers, best practice knowledge base, and articles
- Create, develop, and deliver proactive services with the use of new features or common repetitive areas
- Maintain effective customer relationships
- Log incidents and document communications in CE
- Follow established standards & methodologies
- Optimize individual utilization
- Continue your professional education by setting specific annual training goals
- Participate in larger project initiatives and lead process area-specific workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 ERP 2012 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Certification in at least one other module
- Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP Modules
- Experience with SPS EDI, RF Smart, or other ISVs a plus
- APICS CPIM or CSCP
