Summary

Join Sana Commerce as a skilled QA Tester, specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Business Central. You will validate customizations for D365 FSCM systems and provide customer support, addressing technical questions and troubleshooting issues. This role requires 2+ years of QA testing experience in D365 FSCM, strong analytical and communication skills, and flexibility. While D365 FSCM expertise is key, training on D365 BC will be provided. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) (AX experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in testing and validating D365 FSCM customizations
  • Strong analytical skills to identify defects and ensure high-quality releases
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse customer and company needs
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team
  • Intermediate English level required

Responsibilities

  • Test Customizations: Validate and ensure the quality of customized features designed to meet specific client requirements for D365 FSCM and D365 BC systems
  • Customer Support: Assist customers by addressing technical questions, resolving functional issues, and supporting configuration setup requests, both during project implementation and post-launch support
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Sana Commerce’s product, and stay updated on systems functionalities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to identify testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet expectations
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive testing and support documentation for customizations and client-specific scenarios
  • Learning & Adaptability: Be open to learning D365 BC if prior experience is limited
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining testing processes and providing feedback to improve customer support and product implementation
