D365 Operations Product Owner

Summary

Join Unilever's Global Health & Wellbeing team as a Temporary D365 ERP Operations Product Owner to support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across the Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) business vertical. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners to lead ERP strategy, roadmap development, sprint planning, and deployment. You will play a critical part in integrating multiple legacy systems into a single, scalable platform to support high-growth brands. The position reports to the Director, Technology & Transformation - H&W and is a remote, US-based role lasting through the end of Q1 2026. The role requires significant experience leading business systems in dynamic, high-growth environments, along with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

• Expertise in data analytics, visualization, business requirements gathering, process mapping, and PMO
• Proven ability to scope, pilot, launch, and optimize complex systems
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels and regions
• Strong knowledge of change principles and practical experience driving adoption
• Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to challenge the status quo in service of long-term goals
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones (India, Brazil, NY, SF) and with U.S.-based teams

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the ERP strategy and roadmap, beginning with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for VMS, starting at OLLY
• Partner with Health & Wellbeing (H&W) GBU to design a scalable ERP platform that supports current and future OpCos
• Create a framework to guide future acquisitions and integration into the operating model
• Align with internal and external stakeholders (H&W, VMS, Unilever, third parties) to deliver the project
• Define and prioritize product features, manage the product backlog, and oversee agile delivery
• Build a clear product roadmap, identify MVPs, and gather feedback to inform iterations
• Lead sprint planning, set goals, track progress, and ensure delivery of high-quality releases
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting sprint and release success
• Develop clear documentation in partnership with SMEs and stakeholders; conduct product demos and serve as SME
• Design, build, and manage end-to-end ERP operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and implement strategies to mitigate security, data, or regulatory risks
• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and manage change documentation
