Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the online industry
• Exceptional SQL skills
• Proficient in using digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook Insights
• Strong skills in Power BI for creating detailed reports and dashboards
• Analytical skills to perform quantitative analysis and transform complex data into insights
• Experience in managing and analyzing online ad campaigns
• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Proficiency in Python is highly beneficial

Responsibilities

• Track ad performance using advanced analytical tools
• Develop predictive models and forecasting tools for sales and revenue
• Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS to provide actionable insights
• Develop attribution models for ad spend credit distribution
• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards providing real-time insights
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies
