Summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Data and Analytics team. The role involves full lifecycle data analysis, working closely with business stakeholders and the data engineering team. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 - $80,000.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience
• MS/Ph.D. or equivalent plus no experience
• Experience with the following tools/programs/languages: Looker, Snowflake, DBT, Gitlab, Jira, AWS, Python (or similar), and Salesforce
• Strong SQL skills and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
• Possess a keen ability to discern solutions from data sets and translate insights into dashboards and reports for different audiences (technical and non-technical audiences.)
• Build, develop, and collaborate within data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support projects for stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables
• Ability to uphold and follow quality controls and departmental standards to ensure compliance with quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements
• Apply experience and knowledge to solve real-world challenges and understand stakeholder needs
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Able to write complex SQL including multi-table joins, grouping and aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filters
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more data sources and its related business subject
• Lead one or more departmental data analytics projects from beginning to operationalization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in analytical data warehouses as well as in business intelligence tools
