Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel and strong math/data analysis skills
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights through storytelling
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior internship experience in marketing or related fields
• Interest in agency work and willingness to learn from experienced team members

Responsibilities

• Building and optimizing digital advertisements and/or campaigns across major platforms using client creative assets and adhering to specific tracking codes and naming conventions
• Creating detailed reports on customer and marketing data, performing quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights
• Managing campaign creative and implementing best practices and proprietary technology
• Collaborating with various teams for campaign management, optimization, and reporting
• Conducting A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
• Assisting in the planning and execution of campaign calendars
• Contributing to end-to-end project development, including testing, quality assurance, and deployment monitoring
