Data Analyst

Join zeroheight, a fully remote team building a market-leading design system management platform, and contribute to our mission of enabling product teams to ship magical user experiences faster. As a Data Analyst/Growth Analyst, you will be part of our Data Team and a cross-functional Product-Led Growth (PLG) squad. You will propose and measure experiments, define and track metrics, conduct in-depth data analysis, and empower other departments to self-serve their data needs. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with event-tracking platforms, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a Data Analyst role (or similar)
• Strong SQL skills, including some exposure to working with dbt
• A full understanding of event-tracking platforms (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment) - we use Amplitude
• Exceptional communication skills, both personally and in terms of communicating insight properly to stakeholders
• You are already based in the UK

Responsibilities

• Propose and measure experiments
• Define and track metrics
• Dive deep into the data to answer complex business questions
• Enable other departments to self-serve their data needs
• Optimize onboarding funnels based on the AARRR framework
• Formulate hypotheses and run experiments to improve conversion at each stage of a potential customer's journey

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a startup, ideally SaaS technology companies, and are familiar with the core concepts (MRR, funnels, retention, cohorts, etc.)
• A good understanding of how software development teams work, and are familiar with working in an agile manner
• A passion for good design and UX, and have an interest in the UI / UX space
