Requirements

• Completed BS/BA degree by the start of the program
• A demonstrated interest in how data informs marketing communications strategy and results
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Curiosity and a desire to learn
• Ability to conduct analysis and understand the value of measurement
• Strong knowledge of statistics principles and familiarity in using statistics in a real-world setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a team player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively
• Have solid research and critical thinking skills along with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Extreme attention to detail is a must

Responsibilities

• Work alongside DNA team members and integrated internal Prosek account teams to support various data-related requests
• Understand data sources and systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Utilize social listening, media monitoring and measurement, and analytics tools: Talkwalker, Signal AI, Tagger, SEMrush, etc. for various analyses
• Perform deep dive analyses on data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for clients, spot trends, and measure performance
• Support in the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including but not limited to, online surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and online communities
• Understand and assist with presenting results and data-driven narratives in focused, actionable and compelling ways
