Data Architecture Engineering Associate

Summary

As a Data Engineer, you will work on ingesting data from multiple sources into Data Lake using ETL tools, API calls, Python scripts, etc. You will be responsible for maintaining coding standards & documentation of completed work, monitoring production tasks, and ensuring issues are fixed on time.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or a related role
• Strong Experience With ETL Processes and tools (Ex: Pentaho, SSIS, Informatica, HVR etc.)
• Experience with data pipeline automation and orchestration tools. (ex: Airflow)
• Good understanding of concepts related to data architecture and modeling
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, SQL
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Experience with monitoring/logging solutions
• Experience in AWS cloud
• Experience with modern data development practices (e.g., data lakes, real-time streaming, etc.)
• Linux, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, EC2, Airflow, Spark
• Database, Data Warehouse, Big Data, Data Governance, Data Security. Experience in GIT, CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from multiple sources into Data Lake using ETL tools, API calls, Python scripts etc
• Support/enhancement of existing data pipelines
• Maintain coding standards & documentation of completed work
• Monitor production tasks and ensure issues are fixed on time
