Join Intersect Power's Wind/Solar EPC Procurement team as a team member responsible for managing EPC and equipment supply contracts, focusing on wind energy projects. You will collaborate with various teams, including Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal. Deep expertise in wind project procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management is crucial. The role involves leading RFPs, structuring and executing EPC contracts, and ensuring alignment with project goals. You will also manage contract amendments and post-contract actions. This position is primarily focused on wind EPC contracts, with secondary involvement in equipment supply agreements. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement for utility-scale renewable energy wind projects
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with external parties
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, and concisely summarize complex ideas
• Strong quantitative skills
• Highly proficient in G-Suite, Excel, Slack, and other collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC and equipment supply requests for proposals, with a strong focus on Wind EPC procurement
• Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC contracts for wind energy projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards, project timelines, and financial goals
• Engage and build/maintain relationships with key EPC contractors, wind turbine suppliers, and other critical vendors to support successful project execution
• Manage contract amendments and post-contract actions, including claims, performance monitoring, and warranty considerations specific to wind projects
• Coordinate with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of Wind EPC contracts
• This role will be primarily focused on Wind EPC contracts, with secondary involvement in equipment supply agreements
