Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Proven experience with data visualization tools and theory
• In-depth knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts and techniques
• Familiarity with ETL tools and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes tailored to client needs
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Diagnose and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing quick and effective resolutions
• Analyze data workflows and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions to optimize performance
• Utilize a proactive approach to foresee potential problems and address them before they impact clients' operations
• Design and implement dimensional models to support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives
• Design and implement different data modeling techniques to meet business’ data demands that align with data architecture design
• Develop and maintain data schemas, ensuring data integrity and consistency for clients
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights
• Train clients on best practices for using data visualization tools to maximize value
• Engage with clients to understand their data needs and business objectives
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and provide recommendations for data infrastructure improvements
• Work closely with client teams, data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide technical support
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
