Requirements

  • Familiarity with data engineering pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Terraform
  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL
  • Software management tools such as Git, JIRA, and CircleCI

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to gather materials, understand user needs, and provide optimal solutions that align with both product goals and specific user needs
  • Connect and import data from various sources, ensure data cleanliness and accuracy throughout preprocessing and quality checks
  • Develop algorithms and systems to process and analyze large sets of medical data, such as patient records, clinical trials, and health outcomes
  • Write, test, and maintain software that manages and analyzes health data, including creating user-friendly interfaces for healthcare professionals
  • Integrate applications with existing healthcare IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in both technology and healthcare sectors to implement cutting-edge solutions
  • Develop tools that enable the visualization of complex datasets in a straightforward and insightful way, allowing healthcare providers to make informed decisions quickly

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Elasticsearch, ETL API design, or customer facing data delivery a plus
