Requirements

  • Strong experience with CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce, including field mapping and troubleshooting sync issues
  • Expertise in marketing platforms, including hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and LaunchPoint integrations
  • Proven ability to integrate and manage external data sources into existing systems
  • Familiarity with marketing platform reporting tools for campaign and lead analysis
  • Knowledge of data quality management and governance frameworks, with a passion for maintaining clean and reliable data
  • Experience supporting multi-touch attribution models and lead scoring initiatives
  • Detail-oriented approach to testing and QA of workflows, data pipelines, and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM systems (primarily Salesforce) and marketing platforms, ensuring accurate field mapping and effective data synchronization
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize marketing platform integrations, leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LaunchPoint for advanced marketing automation workflows
