Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on ETL processes
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Extensive experience with data integration tools and frameworks, particularly with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and database management systems (e.g.PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g.,Spark, Hadoop)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest data from CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of data across the platform
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance
  • Work on data modeling, data warehouse architecture, and ensure the quality and accuracy of data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering and bring innovative solutions to the team
