Data Engineer

Join SOFTGAMES as a Data Engineer (Junior to Mid Level) and contribute to building and optimizing our data infrastructure. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, support data analysts, manage Tableau dashboards, develop ETL workflows, and monitor data quality. This fully remote position requires 1-3+ years of experience in data engineering, strong skills in Databricks, Apache Airflow, and Python, and experience with SQL and cloud-based data platforms. Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong skills in Databricks, Apache Airflow, and Python
• Experience with SQL and cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with Tableau and managing data exports for reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Airflow
• Support data analysts by ensuring they have clean, structured, and well-documented data
• Manage and optimize Tableau dashboards, ensuring seamless data exports and reporting
• Develop ETL workflows and data integrations using Python
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Work with cloud-based data solutions (AWS)
