As a Data Engineer, you will create and deliver client reports using data from our warehouse, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a data reporting, for at least 2 years minimum
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Proven ability to align requirements and deliverables with client needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract data from the data warehouse for client reports
  • Maintain our Reporting framework and adding features to it (new layout capabilities)
  • Create and automate the delivery of data snapshots
  • Communicate complex technical processes and requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to understand the reporting needs and ensure accurate alignment with their requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and snapshots provided to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data extraction, transformation, and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and improve data reporting processes
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and procedures related to client reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
  • Comfortable with Customer Facing meetings
  • Capability of translating technical conversations to non technical stakeholders
