Data Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional experience in Python (4-5 years)
• Professional experience in microservices
• Proficiency and experience with data transformation tools
• Knowledge in AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Work on a day-to-day basis with our design, backend and testing team to build a scalable and solid product
• Design, build and manage the data pipelines, ensuring all event data is seamlessly integrated into the database
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving best practices and standards
• Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data according to industry and company standards
• Analysis of new functionalities/system improvements
• Document data engineering processes and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Previous project experience in data engineering or a related field
